Return and refund


We firmly believe in the quality of our products, yet your satisfaction is paramount to us.

If you are not happy with your purchase, just return it in its unworn condition and original packaging, within 14 days of receipt for an exchange or a refund of your purchase price on the original method of payment.


Parcels that are returned to us remain the customer’s responsibility and a refund will not be given until we have received them.

If the item was faulty when you received it, please notify us within 3 days of receipt with photographic proof of faults for a free exchange.

What to do to return goods by post:

    1. Before returning any goods to Chiaja, please contact us indicating:
      1. If you would rather exchange the goods or receive a refund. Please note that all refunds will be made to the credit card or PayPal account originally used.
      2. The reason for the exchange or return.
      3. The preferred delivery address for your exchange.
      4. We always welcome feedback, so feel free to let us know your thoughts.
    2. We will get back to you within a business day with instructions on how to best proceed, given your needs and geographical location.
    3. To make a return or exchange, we need to receive the goods back to our office in their original condition – so, please ensure all goods are packaged securely and we recommend that you use a recorded or signed for delivery service.
    4. If goods are returned from outside the European Union please mark them as ‘returned goods’.
    5. We are not able to accept any returns on any products that have been worn and are not in their ‘original’ condition.
    6. We can only accept refunds or exchanges within 14 days of delivery.
